RTM Turnkey Home Solutions

Purchasing a Nelson Ready to Move Home has never been easier with Nelson Homes new turnkey home services. Homebuyers now have the opportunity for Nelson Homes to build their home from top to bottom, with Nelson's new on-site home foundation services.

Foundation Services

On-site foundation services are available with the purchase of any Nelson Ready to Move Home. Traditionally, homebuyers would work with multiple companies to complete their home building project— resulting in project inefficiencies such as quality and scheduling. Nelson's on-site foundation services provide customers a complete service package that offers everything from excavation to mechanical installation and new home warranty.

Our Foundation Process

Nelson Homes foundation services provide all the supervision, materials and labor for the following:

Dig foundation

Excavator will dig the foundation based on the staking. Our team will dig to a certain depth as specified by the customer. These measurements are usually based on the specifications of the basement windows.

The foundation wall will sit on a footing; usually 24” wide by 8” deep (depending on soil conditions), 2x8 is used to crib the footing.
