The Acacia is built with clear span engineered 18” floor trusses and perimeter beam, for a floor system that is second to none. The exterior walls are built with premium studs and are tied into the floor system by running the sheathing onto the floor system, and the trusses are tied into the walls with hurricane tie-downs completing the ultimate frame. Weathered Wood limited lifetime laminate fiberglass shingles, Stone Crest color siding with white trim, soffit, fascia, and white triple glazed windows complete the exterior finishes. The living room has a huge window that allows tons of light, sheet vinyl flooring (SPR081 Havana Smoked Habanero), and a vaulted ceiling.
