Our dealers are as committed to customer satisfaction and quality as our major sales centers in High River and Lloydminster, Alberta. Our portfolio has diversified to include ready to move homes, self-contained ready to move homes, and prefabricated home packages.

Dealers in Alberta and Saskatchewan specialize in ready to move homes, self-contained ready to move homes, and prefabricated home packages. Outside of those Canadian provinces, our dealers focus specifically on prefabricated home packages.

Prefabricated home packages come in panelized systems delivered in pre-built sections. Dealers provide a panelized roof, wall, and floor components to expedite the building process. For a guaranteed price, our dealers will provide pre-cut floor trusses, engineered roof trusses, panelized walls, exterior finishing, windows, insulation, shingles, and drywall. The price includes delivery, too.

A prefabricated home can be tailored to any home design or house plan. Any wood-framed building can be remade into a panelized package.

Alberta and Saskatchewan Dealers

Next up, our Alberta & Saskatchewan dealers, in addition to prefabricated home packages, offer ready to move homes and self-contained ready to move homes. These are made using a modular home construction method. The house is built and finished on a Nelson construction site then shipped in one piece to your site.

Ready to move homes are designed to be placed onto a full foundation (full basement). Residents of Alberta and Saskatchewan love ready to move homes. We can ship fully completed homes as big as 2,842 square feet. Some ready to move house plans include a triple-attached garage.

Finally, we have self-contained ready to move homes. These masterpieces are also constructed on Nelson construction sites and shipped on a truck in a fully finished piece. They're put onto a concrete pile or screw pile foundation, not a basement foundation. All of these homes have a natural gas, high-efficiency, forced air furnace on the home's main floor. Moreover, they feature a 50-gallon electric water heater on the main floor.
