The Construction Process

As with all our ready to move homes, we build the houses that make up The Prairie Collection on-site at our major sales centers in Lloydminster and High River, AB. Our skilled team of builders takes care of every detail of each and every home, from the roof down to the floor, and everything in between.

All of our homes adhere to strict building standards. They are also subject to multiple thorough inspections. You can be sure that the home you receive will be safe, secure, and of the highest quality possible.

Once your home is completely perfect, we ship it right to your address—complete in one piece. With all of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and heating elements already in place, the homes are designed to be placed right onto a screw pile or concrete pile foundation, rather than a full basement. The Prairie Collection can also be shipped to your site as a prefabricated home package.

By nature, our construction methods generate as little waste as possible and are energy-efficient. This means our clients can help to save the planet while saving themselves time and money on construction at the same time.

The Prairie Collection

Our newest collection includes five beautiful bungalow-style homes. Each with its own distinct design and features. This collection is currently distributed by our major sales centers in Lloydminster, AB & High River, AB.

The homes range in size from a little under 400 to just over 1400 square feet. Choose between one, two, or three bedroom designs. Notable features upon request can include triple glazed slider windows and a 96% efficient natural gas furnace.
