Nelson's advanced manufacturing and design methods have produced a new line of self-contained ready to move homes. Built to the same stringent requirements of any site-built home, but at an affordable price and delivered to your site.

The Prairie Collection is designed to be placed onto a screw pile foundation - not a basement. The home's mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and heating elements are all contained within the RTM home. The Prairie Collection, along with all our self-contained RTM homes, can be shipped to your site as a pre-built RTM (in one fully completed piece) or as a prefab home package (in panelized components).
