Book your Prefabricated Home Package by September 30, 2021, and receive a $10,000 Rebate.
This program is only available for Ontario residents.
How to Qualify
To qualify for the $10,000 rebate, your new home will be built by NZH Contracting, using the Nelson Home prefabricated home package. A building deposit (order/contract) must be signed by December 31, 2021, and include a deposit to guarantee pricing into Spring 2022. Additionally, a design deposit of $5,000 by September 31, 2021, is required. This program does not include ready to move home constructions.
